There are three main formulas to chose one :

1 year length contract paying 10% return in advance on day 1 by signing the contract

5 year length contract paying 5% return , annual payment in advance at the beginning of each contractual year

5 year length contract paying 4% return , paying 5 years in advance ( 20% ) on day 1 by signing the contract

Owner will pay rates ( around 250€ a year ) and community fee ( around 20€ by month )

The rental company taking care of the rental and maintenance will pay water and electricity consumption and will sign will give back the apartment at the end of the contact in equal conditions than the owner gave it ( except the normal use of items ) and all working

There is as well an option of booking up to 8 months the apartment for your own use and leave them just to rent high season ( June to September , both included ) , then they will pay same return but owner will pay water and electricity for the full year
