Torrevieja is located just over 4 miles south of Alicante, Costa Blanca in Spain. Due to its geographical location, there is a unique microclimate, which means that many have found their second home here with phenomenal weather all year round! The temperature varies from 15 to 35 degrees for a large part of the year. Torrevieja has evolved into the city with the fastest growing economy in the Vega Baja area for the past ten years. It now has over 100,000 inhabitants. Here are people from over 180 countries and cultures. During peak season, the total number of residents plus visitors may amount to half a million.
Torrevieja coast consists of over 2 mil white sandy beaches and coves. The beaches are very easy accessible, whether you go on foot or take the car, as it is well signposted everywhere. The signage shows what is on the respective beach such as showers, children’s playgrounds, rescue boys, lifeguards, outdoor games, etc.

Between each beach are small lovely bays, so called Calas, where you can snorkel, dive and sunbathe in a bit more privacy and quiet than the slightly more crowded beaches. Outside some Torrevieja beaches there are also some amazing coral reefs.
Just southwest of Torrevieja, the towns of Montesinos and San Miguel de Salinas, as well as a little further west, are the old and ancient city of Orihuela. The distances to the nearest major cities are 41 km to Alicante as mentioned above, to Elche 24 km, and 52 km to Murcia located southwest of Torrevieja.

The beautiful and famous salt lagoons are one of the most interesting and sighted attractions of many, one is blue and the other rose-colored. The two lagoons together with their natural areas cover 55% of the municipality’s surface and are covered by a protected natural park.

The beach is only about 2 km away and within a few km you will find four golf courses.

The common area belonging to the apartments has very nice green areas, an adult pool and a children’s pool.
The apartment has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ‘en suite’, it is bright and has an open floor plan. The apartment has a nice living room with integrated open modern kitchen with direct exit to your terrace and garden. Conveniently located next to the kitchen is a laundry room.
There is an option to choose from an underground garage and storage facilities for these apartments for a supplement of 6000 euros.
